4 Month Overview

An overview of four month projections per team.

September

  • 1. Strategy

    Define new premium-market position strategy, setup new sales funnel, acquire big partner.

  • 2. Product

    Multitenancy completion, Unified inbox completion, Upgrades, Mvp Agent

  • 3. Success

    Reset all customers, redeploy to all and to cs-session, New success and onboarding protocol defined.

  • 4. Raising

    Raising done: 100-150k Rabo, 100-150 angels, total = 250k minimum.

  • 5. PR & HR

    HR: Onboard 1x dev, 1x success. PR: Posting Solved (All posts done 2-3 times a week) plus collect HTR reviews.

  • 6. Admin

    Onboarding accountant (budget: 150 a month)

  • 🎯 BHAG Targets 🎯

    Close round, complete all big epics, agents done, team fully onboarded.

October

  • 1. Strategy

    Complete sales-finetuning, 3 sales p.p. a month, 10 total a month, Continue premium-repositioning.

  • 2. Product

    Agent Completion , Staff unified hot keys (into unified inbox), Full conditionality over everything (checkin configs + upsells + facs + emails), Auto ID checker, UX UI finetuning

  • 3. Success

    New success and onboarding protocol execution. Also, onboarding now == 1 day per customer.

  • 4. Raising

    Seed round preparation, just first steps.

  • 5. PR & HR

    Public PR solved (marketplace + HTR + Awards, invest in news attention) Standarize founder content (ie. talking heads).

  • 6. Admin

    Invoices automated, lower Stripe fees, automate payroll.

  • 🎯 BHAG Targets 🎯

    Standardize sales growth, and success protocol.

November

  • 1. Strategy

    Continue sales growth, move to 4 sales p.p. target.

  • 2. Product

    Now fully focus now on optimizing existing product, learning efforts, optimizing all KPI's of pains and gains.

  • 3. Success

    Further integrate agent into success-protocol, lowering attention per customer needed.

  • 4. Raising

    Next month start seed round. Now complete prep. Current MRR should be at 22-25k. Next month close to 30.

  • 5. PR & HR

    HR: Higher 2x sales, en developers. PR: new articles, get as many written as possible. Apply to YC.

  • 6. Admin

    No more head aches.

  • 🎯 BHAG Targets 🎯

    Reach +20k MRR, 4 sales pp target, have the onboardings and success fully agenticly optimized.
