1. Strategy
Do all final demos and send all final offers. Close: Sweets + Exchange + Iceland. Prepare for Drop.in M2: raising, SOPs, new team, outbound, large scale gtm, MCP centered product roadmap, onboarding revamped.

Complete loose ends, Multi-tenancy, Complete unified inbox, MCP poc.

3. Success
Reset all customers, redeploy to all and to cs-session.

4. Raising
Raising done: 100-150k Rabo, 400 from angels, total = 250k minimum.

5. PR & HR
HR: Interview for 1x dev, 1x success. PR: Posting Solved (All posts done 2-3 times a week) plus collect HTR reviews.

6. Admin
All cleaned up + Onboarding accountant (budget: 150 a month)

Full focus on revamping entire sales system, and the MCP roadmap. Setup first pillars for US-based business development, and start SNT partnership.

Onboarding automation feature-set, Agent completion + hot keys, Full conditionality over everything (checkin configs + upsells + facs + emails), UX UI finetuning

3. Success
Complete setting new team and SOPs in place, fast-track standardization of optimal performance.

4. Raising
Close round, prepare roadmap to Series A.

5. PR & HR
Kickstart rebranding. Also kickstart 2 month long training of new team, also start slow process of hiring cycle #2.

Clean up all, get further automated.
