December

  • 1. Strategy

    Finishing loose ends M1, start all preparation steps for M2 (hiring, raising, SOPs, product roadmaps)

  • 2. Product

    Loose ends, unified inbox, and preparing next product roadmap for scalable infrastructure (Multitenancy, auto-onboard, auto-success)

  • 3. Success

    All loose ends of urgent success, create customer checklists for incomplete guest journeys.

  • 4. Raising

    Apply rabo, apply all accelators, finishing pitch deck, finish investor networking outreach.

  • 5. PR & HR & OPS

    Complete all interviews, choose candidate for new CS role and new dev role. Finish all SOPs for M2. Reach out to IHS Amsterdam.

  • 6. Admin

    Clean up all admin, and finish with Waelkens.

January

  • 1. Strategy

    Start transition from M1 to M2. Prepare new sales & partnership cycles for M2. Complete all preparation steps for M2 in general.

  • 2. Product

    Full focus on scaling infrastructure: Multitenancy, Auto-onboard, Auto-success, MCP around our Api, opening our API.

  • 3. Success

    Complete all CS checklists we created for each customer in December.

  • 4. Raising

    Start all investor intros, create strict deadline for end of Feb for closing round.

  • 5. PR & HR & OPS

    Complete all SOPs and team member onboarding SOPs. Prepare everything for new team members. Prepare for IHS Amsterdam.

  • 6. Admin

    Finish last onboarding steps and delegation to Vincent.

    All steps done to now starts M2 and start with new team.

February

  • 1. Strategy

    (Gradually) kickstart M2. Start new sales M2 and partnerships M2. Double down on IHS Amsterdam and ITB.

  • 2. Product

    First steps M2 Dev team. Full focus scaling infra: Complete Multitennancy, MCP, Auto-onboarding, Auto-CS, Unified Zapier flow, Open API.

  • 3. Success

    First steps M2 CS protocol. Re-evaluate entire CS and Onboarding with new team, start rebuilding CS and Onboarding protocols.

  • 4. Raising

    Finishing raising,

  • 5. PR & HR & OPS

    Kickstart SOPs M2, onboard team, kickstart PR M2.

  • 6. Admin

    Continue delegating last loose ends to Vincent.

    Drop.in M2 in full swing, new sales cycle started for growth, and new scaling infrastructure starting to be built.
