August

  • 1. Strategy

    S̶t̶a̶b̶i̶l̶i̶z̶e̶ ̶a̶l̶l̶, 1st hotel chain, 1st big partner, define new (premium) market positioning.

  • 2. Product

    C̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶u̶n̶i̶f̶i̶e̶d̶ ̶i̶n̶b̶o̶x̶,̶ ̶A̶p̶a̶l̶e̶o̶, Mvp Agent, F̶e̶e̶d̶b̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶t̶o̶o̶l̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶e̶,̶ ̶C̶h̶a̶t̶b̶o̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶s̶w̶e̶r̶ ̶s̶u̶b̶ ̶1̶5̶s̶.̶

    Deck, termsheet, outreach done, Rabo deliverables, Raising in full swing (total target: 200k)

  • 5. PR & HR

    Hiring: 2x succes, 2x sales, 1x dev. Standardize newsletters, stakeholders and posts, fully complete EOM.

  • 6. Admin

    Full clean up: btw, budgets, holdings etc.

    Raise 200k, big chain, big partner, MVP agent, unified inbox DONE!

September

  • 1. Strategy

    Chain rollout, new big partner rollout, new premium-market position strategy.

  • 2. Product

    Multitenancy completion, Agent Completion, Upgrades, Upsell staff button (into unified inbox)

  • 3. Success

    2x success 2x sales teammate onboarding. New success and onboarding protocol rollout.

  • 4. Raising

    Raising done: 100-150k Rabo, 100-150 angels, total = 250k minimum.

  • 5. PR & HR

    HR: Onboard 1x dev. PR focus: cold marketing (marketplace + HTR + Awards, invest in news attention)

  • 6. Admin

    Onboarding accountant (budget: 150 a month)

  • 🎯 BHAG Targets 🎯

    Close round, complete all big epics, agents done, team fully onboarded.

October

  • 1. Strategy

    Complete sales-finetuning, 3 sales p.p. a month, 10 total a month, Continue premium-repositioning.

  • 2. Product

    Full conditionality over everything (checkin configs + upsells + facs + emails), Auto ID checker, UX UI finetuning, fully focus now on learning efforts, optimizing all KPI's of pains and gains.

  • 3. Success

    Onboarding now == 1 day per customer. Further stabilize new success and onboarding protocol.

  • 4. Raising

    Seed round preparation, just first steps.

  • 5. PR & HR

    Continue new PR + Cold Marketing efforts, continue standardizing. Setup team building efforts.

  • 6. Admin

    Invoices automated, lower Stripe fees, automate payroll.

  • 🎯 BHAG Targets 🎯

    Standardize sales growth, and success protocol.

November

  • 1. Strategy

    Continue sales growth, move to 4 sales p.p. target.

  • 2. Product

    Further stabilize product, increase scalability, optimize agent for onboarding/success optimization.

  • 3. Success

    Further integrate agent into success-protocol, lowering attention per customer needed.

  • 4. Raising

    Next month start seed round. Now complete prep. Current MRR should be at 22-25k. Next month close to 30.

  • 5. PR & HR

    HR: Higher 2x sales, en developers. PR: new articles, get as many written as possible. Apply to YC.

  • 6. Admin

    No more head aches.

  • 🎯 BHAG Targets 🎯

    Reach +20k MRR, 4 sales pp target, have the onboardings and success fully agenticly optimized.
